By accessing or using the Mawaddah app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the application immediately.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All content you share must be truthful, respectful, and in accordance with Islamic ethics. Misuse of the platform, including harassment or deception, will result in permanent removal.
Mawaddah is designed exclusively for Muslims seeking to build or strengthen their marriage through prophetic guidance. The app and its content may not be copied, redistributed, or used for any commercial purpose without explicit written consent.
Users must not engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, or contrary to Islamic values. This includes posting inappropriate content, attempting to access another user's account, or using the platform to facilitate deception in any form.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We will notify users of significant updates via in-app notifications.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from use of the application will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, reflecting the spirit of justice promoted in Islam.
